In case of a breach of data protection law you as an affected person are entitled to file a complaint at the competent supervisory authority. The authority responsible for questions of data protection rights will be the State Data Protection Commissioner (Landesdatenschutzbeauftragter) of the state where our company is located. Right of Transmissibility

You are entitled to retrieve data, processed automatizedly by us with your permission or in fulfillment of a contract, for yourself or other persons of your choice. The data will be provided in a machine-readable format. In case you demand transmission of data directly to another responsible person, this will only be executed if technically feasible.

Right of Information, Corrigendum, Blocking, Deletion

Within the statutory provisions, you are at any time entitled to receive free information about your stored personal data, about their provenance, their recipients and the purpose of their procession.

SSL/TLS-Encoding

This way, data transmitted via this website are not readable for other persons. An encrypted connection can be recognized by the „https://„-address line of your browser and by the key symbol in the browser line.

In server log files, the website provider automatically collects and stores informations transmitted automatically from your browser. These are:

There will be no merger of these data with other sources. The legal basis of data processing is art.6 abs.1 lit. f DSGVO, which allows the processing of data for the purpose of preparing or fulfilling a contract.

Newsletter Data

To send you a newsletter, we need your e-mail address. Verifying the provided e-mail address is necessary, and the reception of the newsletter has to be consented. Additional data will not be collected without your consent. The data will exclusively be used for dispatching this newsletter.

The data given for receiving the newsletter are used on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Any given permission can be revoked at any time. An informal note per e-mail or simply unsubscribing per click at the link „Austragen“ in the newsletter will do it. The legitimacy of the data already processed is not touched by the revocation.

In the case of unsubsribing, all data used for registration for the newsletter will be deleted. In case these data had been transmitted for other purposes or at another point, the data will further on remain with us.

For integration and presentation of video clips, our website uses Youtube plug-ins. Provider of the video portal is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.

By opening a page with integrated YouTube-plug-in you will be connected to the Youtube servers. This way YouTube learns which one of our pages you have opened.
